Saturday, October 28 – The Main Event!

WordCamp Philly 2015’s Saturday session will be at The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, in the McNeil Science and Technology Center (STC) and Integrated Professional Education Complex (IPEX) Buildings.

The official address of the venue is 600 South 43rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

The University of the Sciences

With an accessible campus and new, air-conditioned buildings, the University of the Sciences provides an excellent venue for WordCamp. We’ll have access to wifi throughout, as well as A/V in every room. In addition to the session rooms, you will find many places to have conversations with other participants and lots of opportunities for casual chats. There is free parking for hundreds of cars, as well as plenty of bike racks. Public transportation takes you right into the campus.

Sunday, October 29 – Contributor Day

WordCamp Philly Contributor Day (we used to call it Developer Day) will be Sunday, October 29, from 1-5 pm, also at the University of the Sciences! We’ll be in the IPEX building.

Sunday Contributor Day will be less session based and more hands-on hacking! There’s no fixed agenda, but some of the things folks have worked on are:

  • Plugin development
  • Theming and theme development
  • Core contributions

Bring your laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and other gadgets and we’ll bring power and wifi!

And on Saturday Night…

The After-Party!

The official WordCamp Philly After-Party will be held at a location to be announced.

You don’t want to miss this one! We’ll have drinks and food for everyone and you can rock out with the WordPress community 7-10 pm. One of the best parts of WordCamp is meeting so many great people who share your interests and love to talk WordPress . Here’s your chance to make connections and enjoy a wonderful time with a welcoming community. Please show your WCPhilly badge at the door.
